I’m Emily, a person-centred therapist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions freely. My approach is rooted in empathy, warmth, and a deep belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard.
I have extensive experience working in school settings, supporting children with additional needs, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent profiles. I understand the unique challenges that children and their families face and offer a compassionate, tailored approach to help them navigate their emotions and experiences.
Beyond my work with young people, I also provide therapeutic support to adults and young adults, including those with a formal diagnosis of neurodivergence or those adjusting to a late diagnosis. I have worked with individuals experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, long-term illness, and more.
